Quit Smoking to Get Rid of Headaches

Smoking is known to cause serious health consequences such as heart problems, lung cancer, and lung disease. However, most people ignore that smoking can also trigger chronic headaches, which can make daily living difficult.

Research has proved that smoking is strongly linked with headaches, migraine headaches, and cluster headaches (headaches with intense pain). In a study, people with cluster headaches decreased their tobacco use by half pack of cigarettes. After reducing the tobacco use, their headaches were found to be decreased by 50%.
